Drawing on over 25 years of experience running property companies in both Hong Kong and London, we now focus on assisting individual clients in their search for UK property and act as their buying agent through the process – be it for investment or personal use.

The Search Service
Once we have had a discussion regarding your requirements, we start the extensive search, registering what we are looking for, with agents, developers, auction houses and individual companies. We sift through all possible options and preview all potential properties for consideration. Often properties will be sourced that are not on the main portals.
A ‘short list’ is then prepared for you offering several potential options, showing investment required, refurbishment needs anticipated, rental income, gross and net anticipated yields and capital appreciation.
We know London extremely well and have acted for clients in most boroughs across the capital. We can take you to see any potential units that have been shortlisted – usually this can be consolidated into a single morning or afternoon (depending on the number of properties under consideration) or can undertake the viewings on your behalf taking videos, checking condition/location/neighbours etc and feed this back to you. A significant number of clients do not view the property in person.
Once a property is identified to pursue, we will act on your behalf to offer and negotiate to secure the property on terms agreeable by you. We have an excellent track record of successfully negotiating savings from asking prices. Our client’s bids are often favoured as selling agents and vendors have greater confidence that the deal will conclude successfully.
We can act as a first point of contact for you during the conveyancing process. Being actively involved whilst surveys, contracts and queries are being dealt with between solicitors is often crucial to ensure the purchase is being progressed quickly and efficiently.

We act exclusively on our clients behalf and do not share fees with selling agents or take on conflicting searches. Our fee for the search service is 1% of the final purchase price achieved.
This investment is usually more than accounted for in savings on the final price achieved from our negotiations or the ongoing yield that will be achieved.
